RETURN POLICY

Made in Shapes does not accept refunds/returns for change of mind purchases.

Made in Shapes does a thorough inspection of all merchandise before they are shipped to our customers. However, if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at madeinshapes@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Made in Shapes will replace the faulty item or offer full refund. When you contact us please note the following conditions must be met to be eligible an exchange:

  • Photographic evidence of the faulty items in their original condition. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items that have been worn will not be eligible for an exchange.

  • Exchange request must be received by Made in Shapes within 14 days of the date the merchandise being delivered to you.

 

Made in Shapes will assess each request thoroughly and determine the merchandise’s eligibility for an exchange on a case by case basis.

Once the merchandise is deemed to be eligible for an exchange, Made in Shapes will replace the faulty item or offer a store credit if the item is no longer available.

The following cases will not be eligible for manufacturing fault exchanges:

  • Personal dislike, allergic or similar reasons.

  • Deviations from personal perceptions.

  • Items damaged or made defective by the customer

  • Minor defects including and not limited to loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight assymetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not affect the general outlook of the item.

DELIVER TO AUSTRALIA

We process and ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Express shipping within 2-3 business days (M-F). Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping:  $8.80

Delivered within:  5-7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Express Shipping: $14.80

Delivered within:  2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

 

DELIVER TO INTERNATIONAL

We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, UK and Asia and currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Standard Shipping:  $17.80

Delivered within: 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Express Shipping: $28.80

Delivered within:  2-4 business days (Monday to Friday)

Note: Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
